Mieka Jewett is a freelance Motion Designer in cool-kid Brooklyn, NY. A self-taught animator, her career began as a wee intern at Favorite Color which led to time at Method, Viceland (before it turned into click-bait and died) and most recently, BUCK.
Throughout her 12 years of experience (whoa I’m so old now) , she has collaborated with MTV, Psyop, Trollbäck, HBO, Netflix, Hulu, Airbnb, Urbania (Salut, les Québécois !) and many others.
In her spare time, Mieka enjoys snuggling with Jingles the cat and Finnigan the dog, playing in a kickball league like a good hipster, baking everything in Paul Hollywood’s cookbook, and singing songs while playing her ukulele.
